Move from Marienburg to Berlin and expansion of company to chemical production
Hermann Mierau hands over the company to his son Helmut Mierau. Premises move to HelmholzStraße in Berlin.
Helmut Mierau began first trials with spray cans. The products were hair spray, room sprays, paint sprays and de-icers.
Dr Kassner and Helmut Mierau develop a liquid spray bandage. Under the brand names Instadress and Dermaplast the spray bandage was exported to many countries.
The company moves into new premises in Heidestraße in Berlin. The company is reformed as E. Mierau, Spray-Chemie, chem. FabrikationoHG.
Concentration on spray cans begins with a Pamasol filling system.
After the sudden death of Helmut Mierau, his son Lutz Mierau takes over the management.
The company moves to new headquarters in Berlin-Reinickendorf.
Construction of a new building in Berlin-Wedding. Storage tanks for the propane-butane LPG mix as well as for carbon dioxide are added.
After the fall of the Berlin Wall, the company’s own cosmetics brand was exported to over 10 countries in eastern Europe. Spray deo, hair spray and hair volume mousse were produced.
Move from Berlin to Brandenburg/Zehlendorf near Oranienburg. A modern production plant as well as offices are built.
A second gas tank for liquid gas is installed. This makes different pressure stages possible.
Extension of the offices and new building of two warehouses to optimise logistics.
The present owner takes over the company in line with the succession plan.
