As a producer and bottler of aerosol products we work together with our customers and acquire all components, mix the active ingredients, fill the products, assemble, consign and, if required, take over all logistics tasks.
It goes without saying that we are also your partner for the contract filling of existing products.
We offer our customers the use of well-established and admissible LPGs:
- n-butane,
- propane-butane-mix,
- carbon dioxide
Our filling process takes place on three production lines which means that there is a separation between cosmetics, household and technical products.
Our fully-automated production process incorporates all processes from filling, labelling to packing.
An IT network guarantees that the production is completely monitored and recorded.
The following diameters and volumes can be filled in the system:
- diameter: 35 mm to 66 mm
- volume: 50 ml to 750 ml
